This week’s nail polish is Essie’s Hide and Go Chic from Essie’s Spring 2014 collection.
Essie describes the color as a “covetable azure blue.” It’s a very pretty blue-green color. It applied well and was opaque after two coats of nail polish.
You can find this nail polish and all of the past Nail Polishes of the week at my Nail Polish of the Week Luvocracy collection!

The weather is finally starting to get warmer so I wanted to wear a bright fun color this week!
This week’s nail polish is Essie’s Chills and Thrills from the Essie Summer 2014 Neons collection! It is a beautiful purple/blue color that is described by Essie as a “supercharged blue violet.”
One coat did not cover well, but after applying 2-3 coats Chills and Thrills turned into a beautiful opaque color that was smooth with no streaking. I really like this color and this collection and there are a few more colors from this collection I’m thinking about picking up. The book that I am currently reading is Life: An Exploded Diagram by Mal Peet. I’m about halfway through and am enjoying it so far!
Are you planning on trying any of the colors from Essie’s 2014 Neons collection?
Also, what have you been reading recently?

This week’s nail polish is Formula X for Sephora Transformers Top Coat in the color Kaleidoscope. It is described as violet iridescence and it is a glittery shiny blue and purple duochrome, and we know how much I love duochromes!
I layered two coats over a black base and it really made the color pop!
It’s such a beautiful glittery nail polish, I definitely recommend it!
I loved the color so much I actually made a couple pairs of post earrings using this nail polish! You can find them here and here if you are interested!
What nail polish are you wearing this week? Do you like duochromes as much as I do?!
Disney recently came out with a makeup line called Beautifully and I was able to get my hands on one of the nail polishes, a beautiful purple called Diva of the Deep!
Purple is my favorite color and this purple is gorgeous! This polish was so easy to apply. I used two coats here, but it was opaque after one coat!
If you’re in Disney anytime soon I definitely recommend picking up this nail polish.
What nail polish are you wearing this week? And would you try something from Disney’s makeup collection, Beautifully? Let me know in the comments!
This week’s nail polish is Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics in Spanglemaker.
It’s a beautiful silver that applied very easily and was opaque after two coats.

Nail Polish No Buy Update – one week!
This week’s nail polish is Topshop’s Eclipse.
It’s a green blue metallic duochrome polish. It is gorgeous, I am obsessed with this color!
It applied well and dried quickly. It was also opaque after two coats!
What nail polish have you been wearing this week? What is your favorite kind of duochrome? Let me know in the comments!
Nail Polish No Buy Update – I broke my no buy! I might do a haul post with the nail polish I picked up though.
This week’s nail polish is Topshop’s Moonshine. It’s a rose gold metallic polish. It’s a beautiful color and I really don’t have anything else in my nail polish collection that is very similar to it.
Moonshine applied well. It was opaque after one coat, but I did two thin coats to make it look a bit more even. It is a metallic polish so it does have somewhat visible brushstrokes, but I find that happens with every metallic polish I try.
What nail polish have you been wearing this week? Do you like metallic polishes? Let me know in the comments!
Nail Polish No Buy Update – 3 weeks since I last bought nail polish!
